Karla is a graduate of the Environmental Science Masters program at Towson University in Baltimore, MD where she completed a thesis using Landsat data to map forest damage in Yosemite National Park. She has worked at Stanford's Geospatial Lab, Towill, Inc., and Google. Socially, she enjoys camping in Yosemite National Park and riding a bike around San Francisco.
